Tuning in, tuning up

Coaching is one of the most effective tools available to take leadership development to a deeper, more sustainable level. Whether you have been given feedback to develop your leadership skills or you have chosen to do so yourself, you don’t need to take it on alone. Using your established feedback as a starting point, Tim works with you to set goals, establish your development plan using activities designed to stretch you, and provide you with guidance to help you achieve your goals.

Types of sessions

Tim partners with you using provides two types of coaching. Virtual coaching is delivered as weekly or biweekly virtual sessions focusing on key strengths and priority development areas. Micro-Coaching includes short bursts of 1:1 work typically no more than 6 weeks to help prioritize your goals, ensure your development plan includes activities that will provide you the greatest results, and works with you to establish sustainable activities for you to easily incorporate into your ongoing and sustainable development. Both approaches require your commitment to personal improvement. They are fully customizable based upon your needs, interests, and goals.
